Negotiate price together with title, inspection, finance, inventory and closing protections.
A lower price is not a safer deal
Base the offer on completed comparables, condition, owner costs, legal structure and a realistic closing route. Identify the exact property, seller, included inventory, currency, payment destination and validity period. Do not let a short offer form silently override due diligence.
Use objective conditions for satisfactory title and authority checks, physical inspection, condominium quota where relevant, finance or foreign-remittance evidence, agreed contract and vacant possession. State what happens to the deposit if a condition fails. Read the valuation guide, seller authority checklist and buyer service.
