Inside The Title Carnival in Phuket: Fizz Kata and Kuartz Karon presentations, event photos, a magician, our giant teddy bear and the iPhone draw.
We went to The Title Carnival to hear about two new west coast Phuket projects: The Title Fizz Kata and The Title Kuartz Karon. We found much more than a presentation. There were carnival lights, music, a buffet, games and a crowd that kept the room buzzing all evening. We left with notes on layouts and project materials — and a very large teddy bear.

A full house, with plenty happening beyond the stage
The event drew a large crowd. Guests moved between interactive games, conversations and the buffet while waiting for the next presentation. It felt like a celebration, but the questions around us were practical: what is coming to Kata and Karon, and which layouts might actually suit a buyer?
The room stayed lively throughout the evening.
Representatives of the organisers took the stage to introduce the projects. Then the tone shifted again: a magician and the hosts drew the audience into an interactive show. There was plenty of laughter, and more than a few people trying to work out the next trick.

The Title Fizz Kata: look beyond the launch slide
One of the evening's main presentations was The Title Fizz Kata. The Kata project has 135 residences and a separate clubhouse building. Its developer materials describe pools, coworking, and spaces for families and pets. On stage we saw unit types, indicative price bands and rental figures for the area.
These were type-level bands shown at the event, not a live list of available homes.
A rental slide can start a useful conversation; it cannot promise an owner's return.
A figure on a screen is easy to remember. The Title Kuartz Karon: a second location to compare
The next project was The Title Kuartz Karon. Its published materials describe 189 residences in Karon and place the beach at approximately 400 metres, according to the brochure. The presentation also covered unit-type price ranges and indicative rental scenarios for the Karon area.

A brief look at ICONPHUKET
The evening also included a short introduction to ICONPHUKET. A striking visual showed a proposed destination combining retail, attractions and entertainment. We heard only a brief outline, so we will wait for fuller confirmed materials before drawing conclusions. The image itself made the room pause for a moment.

We won the bear. Someone else won the iPhone.
One game gave us the evening's most photogenic souvenir: a huge teddy bear. It became the centre of our group photo at the top of this article. At the end, the organisers drew a grand prize from among the guests: an iPhone. We did not win that one, but we are sincerely happy for the winner. The bear is a pretty wonderful consolation prize, hehe.
