Several co-working spaces and serviced offices cater to digital nomads. Traffic congestion during peak season (December-February) is notable, but the planned light rail and road widening projects aim to alleviate this.
Patong remains the safest bet for investors seeking high occupancy rates. The district consistently records 70-85% annual occupancy for well-managed short-term rental units. New supply is constrained by limited buildable land, which supports price appreciation over the medium term.
