The best time is high season, Nov–Apr: dry, sunny, calm sea. The ideal months are Dec–Feb, but that’s peak pricing. March–April are also great and a bit cheaper.
Yes. In the green season (May–Oct) rain is usually short, nature is lush, prices are lower and crowds are smaller. Just watch the beach flags because of waves.
September–October is the cheapest and quietest (peak rain). May–June are good value too. The most expensive is December–January and New Year.
