Buying linen and renting it from a supplier create different costs and responsibilities for a Phuket rental owner. Compare the complete service for the same property standard and expected use. A low washing charge or small initial purchase does not establish the cheaper operating model.

Define equivalent service

List bed sizes, towels and other items required for a prepared home, then account for items in use, washing and reserve. Use the actual property and turnaround plan rather than an invented universal stock quantity.
