Visit the exact condo at morning traffic, evening activity and a weekend. Listen in bedrooms and on balconies for roads, aircraft, bars, schools, lifts, pumps, generators, air-conditioning plant, doors and adjoining units. Close windows and run the unit equipment so the inspection reflects real use.
Ask the juristic office for applicable bylaws, complaint and incident records, planned works and nearby development information.
