For a buyer who cycles regularly in Phuket, bicycle storage is part of the home's daily layout. A spare corner or advertised storage area is not enough if getting a bicycle inside requires carrying it through narrow stairs or blocking a living space. Test the complete arrival and departure routine.

Bring the bicycle dimensions

Measure the bicycle, including handlebars and any equipment normally attached. Walk from the gate or parking area to the intended storage position. Check doors, turns, lifts where relevant and the route with other occupants using the same space. Ask for the building's actual rules before assuming bicycles may enter every lift or corridor.

Identify a permitted place to keep the bicycle without blocking exits, access to equipment or other residents. Clarify whether a shared rack is assigned, first-come or managed under another arrangement. A physical space does not by itself establish exclusive use or responsibility for loss.

Plan the return from a ride
