Check who controls the project, its land, contracts and completion obligations after a corporate change.

A familiar brand does not prove the same contracting party remains responsible

Compare the reservation and sale contract with the current company affidavit, directors, shareholders, authorised signatories, land title, permits and project bank account. Ask whether shares, land, receivables, management rights or the entire project have changed hands, and whether buyer consent or notice is required.
