Phuket Villa Pool Plant Handover: Pumps, Filters and Controls

Inventory pumps, filtration, dosing, electrics, drainage, service history, warranties and replacement needs.

Clear water is not a pool-plant inspection

Record every pump, filter, valve, heater, chlorination or dosing unit, controller, light transformer and drain with model, age and ownership. Obtain design and commissioning records, manuals, warranties, service invoices, water-test history and past leak or equipment claims. Label flow direction and isolation points before handover.

Run the system through normal and backwash cycles with a qualified pool technician. Inspect noise, pressure, leaks, ventilation, corrosion, electrical protection, drainage and safe chemical storage. Separate immediate defects from lifecycle replacement. Read the villa pool safety guide, water-loss guide and management service.

Next step

Phuket Stay Pro can create a pool-plant asset register and maintenance plan.

Fact check

Water chemistry, electrical and drain standards, equipment capacity, warranties, service intervals, safety duties and replacement costs are property- and date-specific. Use qualified specialists.
